Mr. Aneesh G Laikar has been appointed the CEO – Executive Search and Recruitment arm of IKYA Human Capital Solutions

Bangalore, February 13, 2009 PressReleasePoint: Mr. Aneesh G Laikar has been appointed the CEO – Executive Search and Recruitment arm of IKYA Human Capital Solutions – a premium integrated HR Solutions Company, headquartered in Bangalore, India.

Aneesh has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment space. Prior to joining IKYA, he worked as the Executive Director with ABC Consultants. Aneesh has earlier worked with Philips India where he started his career in sales followed by a career in recruitment practices with Personnel Search Services and Datamatics Staffing Services.

In his appointed role, Aneesh will be responsible for leading the business to become a market leading player in the Search and Recruitment space. For Ikya, his appointment represents a logical extension of building on the first round of equity capital raised earlier.
