Saint Paul, Minn., May 4, 2011– Image Sensing Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISNS), as previously disclosed, plans to distribute its earnings results for the first-quarter ended Mar. 31, 2011 after the close of trading on Thursday, May 5, 2011.
