On May 9-11, the Sapienza Faculty of Humanities will host a conference on “The Imaginary of May ’68 in Contemporary Literature” promoted by the French Area of the Department of American, European and Intercultural Studies.

On the fiftieth anniversary of May 1968, French scholars and Sapienza professors will address the influence of the revolutionary movement on contemporary French and European literature. 

On Thursday, May 10, at 7:00 pm, Italian writer Lidia Ravera and French writer Arno Bertina will participate in a debate on “The Imaginary of ’68 in Contemporary French and Italian Literature.” (Villa Medici)
