Imaginatik secures significant order supporting U.S. Government

LONDON and BOSTON – September 29, 2010 –Imaginatik plc (AIM:IMTK), a leading provider of idea management software and an innovation consultancy, is pleased to announce it has been selected as a strategic innovation solutions provider by QinetiQ North America, Inc. in support of the United States Government, General Services Administration (“GSA”).

Under the terms of the Agreement, QinetiQ North America has issued Imaginatik a Subcontract Agreement to assist in enabling Business Transformation and Collaboration at GSA. The term of the Agreement includes a six month base period with one six month option period and is estimated at $500,000. Under this Agreement, Imaginatik will use its Idea Central Collaboration Platform to assist GSA in identify innovation strategies to enhance their way of doing business. It includes licenses for GSA’s 15,000 associates, facilitation and program management support, and various training initiatives to foster collaboration at GSA.

This is the second U.S. public sector contract secured by Imaginatik in September, the first being an innovation project with NASA in Virginia.
