Ingenix Completes Acquisition of Picis

Eden Prairie, Minn., August 23, 2010 –Ingenixhas completed its acquisition ofPicis. Asannounced on July 22, this acquisition combines “health intelligence” provided by Ingenix with the clinical workflow solutions of Picis to increase efficiency and help optimize delivery of services in high acuity care areas of hospitals, which includes emergency departments, surgical suites and intensive care units.
