Insala Partners with the International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals to Provide Mentoring for its Members

DALLAS, Texas (July 18, 2011)– Insala, a leading global provider of innovative mentoring andtalent development solutions, announces its strategic partnership with The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (ISDIP), the first global comprehensive association for the diversity and inclusion field.

ISDIP wanted to provide its members with a quality mentoring program for career development. In order to run the most efficient, scalable, and sustainable program possible, ISDIP implemented Insala’smentoring software solution, Hi-Impact Mentoring®, to facilitate the program.

The Hi-Impact Mentoring® solution is a Web-based platform of tools and resources for both mentoring program managers and participants. The platform facilitates all aspects of a mentoring initiative, including the application process, matching and pairing, tracking and reporting of program progress, mentor/mentee communication, and more. In particular, it enables organizations with large existing or potential mentoring populations to support efficient, accountable, and beneficial programs.

During the course of its 12-month mentoring program, ISDIP will use Insala’s software to support each aspect of its in-person mentoring program. Specifically, the software will be used to match and pair novice diversity and inclusion professional members with those who are veterans in the field, track the mentoring process, and measure program results.
