GWT Designer v7.5 adds new widget kit support forSmart GWT, plus enhanced support for theExt GWT (GXT)Rich Internet Application Java library.

GWT Designer helps developers rapidly create GUIs in Eclipse and GWT/Java and then deploy them as web applications, without having to learn JavaScript. The product supports popular add-on widget libraries such as Ext GWT (GXT) and GWT-Ext, adding support for Smart GWT with the latest release. Smart GWT is a GWT-based framework with a comprehensive widget library for building application UIs that also tie the widgets in with the server-side for data management.

GWT Designer 7.5 Features

• Smart GWT v2.1 Widget Kit Support. Smart GWT is based on the powerful and mature SmartClient library, and is compatible with GWT 1.5.3 and above.
• GXT v2.1 Data Binding Support: The Data Binding functionality in GXT v2.1 provides the following capabilities:
  
  • Basic Binding between a model and a form.
  • Grid Binding of a model to a form based on the selection of a grid.

GWT Designer is available through a subscription of $79 for one year, $129 for 2 years, $179 for 3 years, or a perpetual license is $169 with one year of support.
