Insurance Managing Agency R&Q Launch Syndicate 1991 On Sequel’s Eclipse Underwriting Software

R&Q’s Lloyd’s Managing Agency (RQMA), part of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc, has just implemented Sequel’s Eclipse Underwriting software to form part of Syndicate 1991’s operating platform which launched in early 2013.

Sequel has deployed and tested the new software and it has trained RQMA’s staff ahead of the Syndicate launch. Sequel will continue to support RQMA with an Eclipse Underwriting managed service as part of the post launch support.

CEO of RQMA, Robin McCoy says: “We chose Eclipse as it can process manual transactions as well as electronic bureau messages as a single system which is important for our new Syndicate.
