Recognition Based Entirely on Employee Feedback Posted on Popular Jobs Community Site Glassdoor
SAN JOSE, Calif. – March 24, 2014 – Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and accounting software, today announced company CEO, Robert Reid, has been named Glassdoor’s 2014 Highest Rated CEO in the small and medium-sized business (SMB) category. Glassdoor, a jobs and career community, released its annual report highlighting the Highest Rated CEOs according to employees. Reid earned the top spot with a perfect 100% approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews Intacct employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year.
“This rating is all about Intacct’s culture and our approach to building a company of disctinction,” said Robert Reid. “I’m proud to say we’ve built a culture at Intacct where everyone strives to do their best, and do it in an innovative way – creating more value for our customers than has been done before in this industry. I am very privileged to be working with such a great group of individuals that pulls together to obtain the loftiest performance standards, with enthusiasm and a desire to excel for our customers’ benefit.”
“To be honored and receive endorsement from your employees for your strong leadership ability is no small task. It requires a steady commitment to define, express and constantly reiterate the company mission and set a clear picture of long term success,” said Glassdoor CEO & Co-founder Robert Hohman. “I am proud to help celebrate each CEO on the Glassdoor report for attaining this remarkable achievement.”
This year Glassdoor released rankings of the Highest Rated CEOs in the United States for both large (1,000 or more employees) and SMB employers (less than 1,000 employees), along with the Highest Rated CEOs in the United Kingdom.
CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey which seeks to gain employee sentiment about the work environment and culture of their current or recent employer. Employees are asked to rate a number of factors related to the job and company including how satisfied they are with the job and company along with key workplace facets like compensation and benefits as well as work-life balance. In addition, employees are asked whether they approve or disapprove of the way their CEO is leading the company. See more details of what is included in the Glassdoor company review survey.
