Allison Davis is a Managing Director of Belvedere Capital Partners. Previously, Ms. Davis served as Chief Financial Officer at Barclays Global Investors, a leading institutional investment management firm, with over 3 trillion dollars of assets under management supported by operations in North America, Europe and Asia. She has 15 years experience as a consultant working in the banking and financial services sector on issues of strategy, revenue growth, cost reduction, and credit quality. She was a senior partner and Practice Leader with A.T. Kearney in the banking and financial services sector, and led the west coast practice for the firm. Ms. Davis was also a leader of McKinsey and Company focusing on the banking and financial services sectors and working closely with clients in Europe and North America.
Mike Forster is a former managing director of the Internet Capital Group, headquartered in Wayne, PA. He has over 40 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience in the information technology industry, most recently as the CEO and Chairman of CommerceQuest, Inc., a private technology company located in Tampa, FL. Mike began his career with IBM in 1964, rising through the ranks from sales representative to Division Vice President during his 2 decades with the company. In April 1993, he became president and CEO of MicroDecisionware, a privately held company in Boulder, Colorado, and completed its merger with Sybase, Inc., remaining with Sybase as senior vice president of worldwide field operations.
Jeff Hillebrand joined NorthShore University HealthSystems in 1979 and has previously served as Executive Vice President, President of NorthShore University HealthSystem Medical Group, Senior Vice President, and President, of Glenbrook Hospital. Mr. Hillebrand has an MHSA from the University of Michigan and a BA from Dartmouth College. He is a Fellow of, and has served as a Regent in, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and is a member of the Society of Hospital Planning of the American Hospital Association, Leadership Greater Chicago, and the Young Presidents Organization. He serves as a preceptor for the University of Michigan. He is a past Trustee of the Village of Kenilworth. He has served as Vice Chairman of the American Heart Association of Metropolitan Chicago and is also President of the Northeast Illinois Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Brian McCarthy is the CEO of Trax Technologies. He brings thirty years of extensive senior leadership and advisory experience in the North American and International business markets. He recently served as Executive Chairman of 180 Connect, Inc. until it's acquisition by DirecTV in 2008, as Executive Vice President of Technology and Business Strategy at General Electric and as President, Integrated Systems Division of GE Interlogix. Before that, Mr. McCarthy served as Chief Executive Officer, Americas, at Interlogix prior to that company's acquisition by General Electric.
Robert Zollars is the Chairman and CEO of Vocera. He joined the company in May 2007 and has 30 years of experience leading healthcare and technology organizations. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Wound Care Solutions, the leading operator of outsourced chronic wound care centers. For six years prior to that, Mr. Zollars was Chairman and CEO of Neoforma, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEOF), a leading healthcare technology company focused on the supply chain that serviced 1,200 hospital and 465 supplier customers. Before Neoforma, he was EVP for Cardinal Health, Inc. (NYSE: CAH), a $75 billion healthcare product and service company, where he was responsible for five wholly owned subsidiaries: Pyxis Corporation, Owen Healthcare, Medicine Shoppe International, Cardinal International, and Cardinal's information technology businesses.
