Companies are not taking full advantage of the web channel. Large multi-national companies are particularly affected by the complexity of setting up campaigns. This is the conclusion of a survey conducted by SDL Tridion between December 2008 and February 2009. Nearly 100 enterprises shared their marketing campaign design processes, the tools that they use, the services involved, difficulties encountered and their projects for 2009.
