INTSPEI Releases Breakthrough Internet Search and Navigation Tool

International Software & Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI) today launched the beta release of INTSPEI P-Navigator (www.p-navigator.com), a Windows desktop application based on innovative, patent-pending technology for searching and browsing the World Wide Web.
