London, England February 28, 2014 - (PressReleasePoint) - Smart inventory are full members of governing body the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks - AIIC
In order to become a full member and recognized by them they require that the clerk has to attend their intensive weekend course or be experienced for two years and recommended by two agents. In addition they require sample reports for approval and copies of professional indemnity and public liability policies.
Smart inventory clerks have all been trained personally by MD Steve to ensure that reports are of a high standard and detailed. They are not allowed to go out on their own until they have demonstrated that they are up to exacting standards. They regularly attend refresher courses at the AIIC on inventory makes, check in's, check outs and mid term inspections to ensure they are up to date with new legislation and stated cases from the TDS and DPS.
As an association smart inventory are committed to excellence and professionalism in the property inventory process and work hard to ensure that all landlords, tenants and letting agents understand the importance and benefits of professionally completed property inventories.
