Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL), a global electronic product solutions company, today announced that its Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held on January 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) at the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club, 600 Snell Isle Boulevard in St. Petersburg, Florida.

(NYSE: JBL), a global electronic product solutions company, today announced that its Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held on January 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) at the Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club, 600 Snell Isle Boulevard in St. Petersburg, Florida. At the meeting Jabil's stockholders will vote on numerous items, including: the election of nine nominees to its board of directors; an amendment to increase the size of its stock incentive plan; the ratification of KPMG LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm and such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
