James Hooks, entrepreneur and activist, gives a glimpse of what his upcoming project will look like on his website's blog.

James Hooks, entrepreneur and activist, released several snippets from his upcoming book, “The Little Book of Inspirational Reality Checks.”

On his blog, James Hooks reveals that the book will be taking a harsh yet necessary turn to help people get a dose of reality.

“At the end of the day,” says James Hooks, “reality will always prevail.

“There are a lot of delusional people in the world. It seems now, more than ever, people have a need to feel they need to prove something, like they are bigger than others, or bigger than they themselves really are. “

James Hooks' book, “The Little Book of Inspirational Reality Checks,” will be released sometime in 2011.
