JAXQuickfit Tyres has crossed the finish line in first place in the 2010 Hertz MINI Challenge – delivered by Pizza Capers, with Chris Alajajian claiming Championship victory.

Bella Vista, NSW, December 15, 2010 (PressReleasePoint) -- The newly crowned Champion, Alajajian, was proudly supported by JAXQuickfit Tyres for the final three rounds of the 2010 season.

Sporting the full JAX livery, Alajajian’s brightly coloured yellow, blue and red MINI was a certain standout on the track.

Competing against well known motorsport personalities including Paul Stokell and Glenn Seton, Alajajian proved his strong talent, topping the tally board with an impressive 825 points.

After fighting a close battle all season with Stokell, last year’s Champion, Alajajian clinched overall series victory with one race to spare at the Sydney Telstra 500.

“This is an amazing feeling, I’m almost lost for words,” said Alajajian.

“Consistency this year was key and we didn’t put a foot wrong all year apart from at the Gold Coast, and this was a major factor in our success.

“The points system this year made racing really close and I think we have showcased the best season out of the three years this series has been run.

“I really want to thank my sponsors, in particular JAXQuickfit Tyres for supporting me this year.”
