In an effort to raise additional funding, JCF Capital Advisors, LLC has been retained by Revestor LLC, a new web-based program allowing real estate buyers and investors to search homes for sale by cap rate and cash flow.

Bill Lyons, entrepreneur, is the founder and inventor of this new and innovative startup.  Revestor uses a patent pending, sophisticated algorithm to compile data from various sources to calculate major investment indicators, presenting a “RevestorRating” for a property. A buyer or investor, whether a first-time homebuyer or expert, can easily search for residential properties,  by key economic indicators – cap rate, cash flow, and ROI in real-time via the web or a mobile application.

Revestor is positioning its patent pending technology and service in the trillion dollar real estate market as an easy-to-use application focused on user experience, enabling more sophisticated purchase decisions to buyers and investors that will help regain confidence in the market. The website is currently in beta and an infusion of capital will help meet the company’s objectives in the coming regional roll-outs of the service.  With plans to monetize the site through vendor advertising and premium subscriptions, Revestor will be an ideal acquisition target between three to five years once the service has made an impact in the marketplace.
