• Award of excellence for magazine and journal writing in the APEX 2011 23^rdAnnual Awards for Publication Excellence. The annual competition for writers, editors, publications staff and business and nonprofit communicators is sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc. The competition recognizes communication excellence across 130 categories.
   
• Three awards of distinction – for corporate magazine, cover design and overall design – in the print category from The Communicator Awards. A leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals, The Communicator Awards received over 9,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards programs of its kind in the world. It is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of Visual Arts.
   
• Platinum award for writing in the2011 Hermes Creative Awards competition. The international awards program honors creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. Entries were evaluated by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP) based on quality, creativity and resourcefulness.
   
• Bronze award in the overall magazines (USA) category from the24^thMercury Excellence Awards. Presented by MerComm, Inc., to honor individuals whose work has made outstanding contributions to their organizations, corporations or clients, the program’s goal is to advance the art and science of communications in an international arena. More than 4,000 entries were evaluated this year.
