MILPITAS, Calif., January 19, 2010-- JDSU (Nasdaq: JDSU; TSX: JDU) today announced that it will report financial results for its fiscal 2010 second quarter ended January 2, 2010, on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 after the close of the market.

The Company will host a management presentation at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 to discuss the results.
