Designed for non-technical employees, Jitterbit Connect allows Salesforce administrators and users to connect their CRM data with other on-premise and cloud computing systems. The wizard supports bi-directional data integration through the Salesforce Web Services API, including both queries and upserts. The new user interface provides point-and-click configuration, letting people connect, transform, and transport data to and from Salesforce without having to write code. Now available on AppExchange 2, users can install and begin connecting their data with other systems in a matter of minutes.

To save time and reduce errors, Jitterbit can also recommend and automatically map data between similar field types in Salesforce and other systems. Most important, the Jitterbit Connect wizard will automatically build and create integration operations based on the users’ configurations, including sources, targets and transformations.
