Julie Spagnoletti has been hired as vice president, lead project manager with Associated Bank

GREEN BAY, Wis. – June 26, 2014 – Julie Spagnoletti joins Associated Bank as vice president, lead project manager in the Operations and Technology Project Management Office. In this role she is responsible for the successful execution and management of projects that improve the delivery of customer services and the customer service experience.

A senior leader in business process and project management, Spagnoletti brings 20 years of experience in project management, business analysis and quality assurance to Associated. Formerly, she served as business consultant, Consumer Experience Center of Excellence with Humana where she provided thought leadership, management and consultation to evolve and implement a consumer experience measurement program across the enterprise.

Spagnoletti is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in comprehensive management information systems. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, Agile – Scrum Alliance, and International Institute of Business Analysis.

Spagnoletti’s office is located at 433 Main St.
