Kaltura's Open Source Video Platform Now Available on the Rackspace Cloud

Kaltura, Inc.  (www.kaltura.com), developer of the first open source video platform, today announced that it has entered into the Cloud Tools Program with Rackspace® Hosting, (NYSE: RAX), the world's leading specialist in the hosting and cloud computing industry.  Kaltura's open source video platform is now available on the Rackspace Cloud.

Now any publisher - media company, enterprise, SMB, university - can initiate a Rackspace instance of Kaltura's rich-media content management platform in less than 15 minutes, and enjoy the full range of Kaltura's online-video tools and capabilities, including advanced rich-media ingestion, transcoding, management, metadata extraction, SEO, distribution, publishing, monetization, analytics and audience measurement.
