Kirkland & Ellis International LLP advised Sun European Partners, LLP, the European adviser to Sun Capital Partners, Inc., on the proposed acquisition of Unterland Flexible Packaging GmbH. The value of the transaction is confidential. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the merger clearance authorities. Unterland Flexible Packaging GmbH (www.unterland.at), with headquarters in Langkampfen, Austria, is a manufacturer of special packaging for the transport, consumer products and food industries.
