Youngest Dutch Patient gets Long Lasting Oxinium Knee Replacement in India

A 34 year old Dutch male citizen became the youngest person in his country and perhaps in India to receive a long lasting knee replacement in India. His knee was implanted by Computer assisted surgery or navigation by Dr. A.K.Venkatachalam at a private hospital in Chennai.

Knee replacements are usually performed in older people. Until now young patients afflicted with knee arthritis had no hope at all.
