Korenix has launched JetNet 3005G and JetNet 3008G, the Outstanding 5 and 8-port Full Gigabit Switches for High-Speed connectivity in Industrial Networks!

Korenix has extended its series of entry-level switches with new JetNet 3005G / 3008G industrial 5-port and 8-port full gigabit switches, specifically designed to carry high-bandwidth and high-speed data in industrial networks. With the supported QoS, broadcast storm filtering as well as up to 9.6K Jumbo Frame technologies, the switches ensure real-time and high quality data transmission without any packet loss. Furthermore, the simple plug-&-play design of the compact switches with IP31 grade enclosure ensures easy installation and enables them to provide high-performance data from on-sites while withstanding severe operating environments.

The key features of the switches are:

High Performance via 5/8-port full gigabit design
Users can choose to deploy JetNet 3005G with 5 Giga copper or JetNet 3008G with 8 Giga copper ports, based on their network bandwidth and the required number of connections. All of the ports are 10/100/1000 Mbps and thus can enable flexible data streaming based on your connectivity requirements. With the supported broadcast storm filtering you can protect the network from being overwhelmed by malfunction broadcast packets.

Jumbo Frame & QoS for Enhanced Data Performance
To ensure the higher quality of large data transmission, the switches provide up to 9.6Kbytes Jumbo frame as well as QoS data prioritization, which ensure faster local transmission latency without the data being dropped or blocked.

Easy Setup through Plug-&-Play design
The new JetNet 3005G / 3008G provide simple design, do not require any configuration setups and start operating once turned on. This simplifies system installation and saves time, as well as cost.

Port & Power Event Alarm for Failure Notifications
The switches provide dual DC12~48V power inputs with polarity reverse protection for power redundancy. Additionally, the alarm relay is provided to indicate fault conditions when a gigabit port link or power failure happens, as a result increasing system reliability.

Rugged Design for Harsh Environment deployments
JetNet 3005G / JetNet 3008G are designed in IP31 grade enclosure, with -10~70oC operating temperature, a guarantee that the devices can withstand vibration and shock, becoming perfect solutions for factory automation, mining, oil & gas industries, surveillance applications, railway & highway deployments, etc...
