The implementation of Pinnacle’s Symphony.pos manager has provided Kwik Trip with a number of timesaving benefits.
- The process of managing point-of-sale board configurations has been simplified by using Symphony.pos manager’s intelligent, user-friendly graphical interface. Making changes to existing boards or implementing new boards takes a fraction of the time it did before, resulting in quicker changes at the register where they’re needed and freeing up time for IT and marketing staffs to focus on other areas of the organization.
- The necessity of managing individual configuration files for each store level register has been removed by the preview feature that allows changes to be reviewed at the corporate level before distributing them to the store level.
- Manually logging into, or traveling to each individual store to implement POS configuration changes is virtually eliminated.
- Changes to each store are automatically distributed, as they are needed.
- Immediate and continual feedback is provided to indicate the status of each configuration and the store’s compliance with each change.
