the Kyrgyz Worsted Woolens Factory is going to implement a strategic marketing
In July, 2009 the Kyrgyz Worsted Woolens Factory (KWWF) and Flexi Communications, an integrated communications agency, signed an agreement on strategic marketing consulting. The main purpose of cooperation will be creating and implementing the marketing function throughout the factory. Agency’s tasks include developing marketing strategy of the factory for the year of 2010 and optimizing business processes of the organization.
- The factory is presently using only half of its production capacity available, but I am certain that by using the help of external consultants, we will be able to recreate the marketing structure and streamline the business processes of the factory in order to improve factory operations and attract new clients. The goal of this cooperation is to boost operating figures and sales volume. – said Kubanychbek Ashirmatov, KWWF Chairman of the Board.
A team of Flexi Communications consultants is already working at KWWF, performing the organizational audit of the enterprise.
- This project is unique, because we decided to build from scratch the marketing function of the factory that used to be the leading manufacturer in the market for natural wool fabrics. We have made a decision to assist the factory in regaining the positions it once had. – added Vugar Khalilov, CEO of Flexi Communications.
