Chilean Earthquake Relief Charity Event - Thursday 4/1/2010 Fort Lauderdale, FL

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FPRC) - The Law Firm of Gary M. Singer is responding to the recent tragedy in Chile hosting a Charity Event on April 1st, 2010 at the Blue Martini in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Chile suffered one of the biggest earthquakes in recorded history on February 27th, 2010 and President Michelle Bachelet has declared a "state of catastrophe" in the country. The need for aid to assist the almost two million people impacted by the earthquake is great and needs to be addressed.

"I felt compelled to step up and do something to help the victims of this tragedy" said Gary M. Singer, President of the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer. Many people don't realize the devastation and damage that has occurred in Chile and the great need for more aid to help the victims. “My wife and her entire family are from Chile and the earthquake has impacted our family personally as well as many others in the Chilean-American Community in South Florida.”

The Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, the Blue Martini, Garden Home Title, Realty One Source and many other sponsors are gathering resources to turn April Fool’s Day into a day about giving and having fun. The event will be held April 1st, 2010, at 6:30 -8:30 PM at the Blue Martini 2432 East Sunrise Boulevard Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304-3130.

VIP Donations to the event will be collected at the door. All donations will benefit the American Red Cross - Chilean Relief and Recovery Efforts. Many local celebrities, prominent local businessmen, and politicians are attending to help support this event.
