Leading Industry Analyst Firm Names Sumtotal a Leader in Talent Management Report

SumTotal Earns Top Score among all vendors for Learning Management and Collaboration and Perfect Score for Financial Viability; Achieves Second Highest Score for Product Strategy and Vision and Customer Experience

Gainesville, Fla. – March 13, 2013 SumTotal® Systems, LLC, a global leader in Strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced it was named a “Leader” in Forrester Research Inc.,’s recently published The Forrester Wave™: Talent Management, Q1 2013, earning top scores among all vendors for Learning Management and Collaboration and among the highest marks for Financial Viability.  In the report, Forrester evaluates SumTotal among the nine “most significant software providers” in the category.  Download a free copy of the report here.

Forrester evaluated the software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings of select talent management software providers against 57 specific talent management criteria. To participate in this Forrester Talent Management Wave, vendors were required to provide three solutions as SaaS offerings: performance management, learning management and succession planning.  In addition to receiving the highest score of any provider in learning management and collaboration and among the highest score for financial viability, SumTotal earned perfect scores across 40 total criteria areas.
