The sessions focus on providing best practices in social media marketing to marketers who are looking to hone their social media marketing knowledge and skills. The typical format of the events are to provide a 25-30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute Q& A session featuring questions asked by attendees using Twitter. The Twitter discussion stream is monitored during the session so attendees can benefit from the comments and insights of other attendees.
