LONDON (18 May 2011) Learning Tree International announced today that it will be offering a complimentary “taster session” on ITIL® v3. During this free "Preparing for an ITIL® v3 Implementation" session, participants will be able to experience firsthand Learning Tree International’s proven curriculum delivered by industry-leading instructors through Learning Tree AnyWare™, our live, online instructor-led training solution.
