Homebuilder Acquires Highly Desirable Real Estate in Beautiful Ballantyne Area Furthering Its Commitment To Market

Charlotte, N.C. – While many new homebuilders are struggling and reducing their presence in the Charlotte market during this current economic climate, Lennar, one of the nation’s premier homebuilders, is using this opportunity to capitalize on well-positioned real estate deals to further enhance its commitment to this very important real estate market.

The homebuilder is excited to announce it has recently completed the purchase of its newest community Ardrey Crest located in South Charlotte.
