Leading Solution Provider Achieves 38 Percent Revenue Growth in 2012, Receives Numerous Industry Accolades

ATLANTA, GA – February 26, 2013

Liaison Technologies, a global provider of secure cloud-based integration and data management services and solutions, today announced strong growth over the past 12 months, fueled by growing demand for cloud integration brokerage services, and Liaison’s commitment to offering flexible, scalable solutions and services designed to meet this need.

Coming into 2013, Liaison was riding a wave of positive momentum. The company ended 2012 with record-breaking 38 percent year over year revenue growth. The workforce of Liaison professionals increased by 47 percent compared to the previous year and the Integration Managed Services Center of Excellence (COE) based out of Carbondale, Illinois, saw staffing growth of more than 35 percent in 2012. The COE is part of an initiative by Liaison to onshore and rural source employees, and it continues to grow and add value for Liaison and its customers. This stellar growth was recognized when the company was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ list, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America. Liaison believes that its listing as the fifth largest provider of integration brokerage services (based on market share for 2011) according to Gartner’s November 2012 Competitive Landscape: Integration Brokerage report further affirms the company’s market leadership.

Driving this strong performance is Liaison’s continued commitment to expanding and honing its solutions and services to meet the needs of its enterprise customers. In November 2012, the company announced key enhancements to its existing products, including the availability of its Electronic Commerce Server (ECS) 7.0 and Delta 6.0 enterprise application and B2B integration solutions, including a Cloud Connector feature for simple one click extensibility to ECS. Hybrid solutions like these offer simple integration between cloud services and on-premise systems, and serve as the foundation for an even broader portfolio of pre-set connections to the most in demand SaaS and cloud-based solutions in the months ahead.

Liaison also continues to broaden its network of SaaS and cloud-based application partners. In January 2013, the company announced the expansion of its channel program to better enable partners to streamline delivery of leading B2B and data management solutions for enterprises.

Liaison’s ongoing commitment to its customers, partners, and to the industry has recently received a spate of industry accolades. On February 14, 2013, Nine Lives Media named Liaison a top 10 provider on its 2013 MSPmentor 501 list, and in January, Info Security Products Guide named the Liaison Protect Token Manager™ a finalist for the Enterprise Security Innovation of the Year award. Liaison’s partner program has also received notable recognition in recent weeks. The company’s VP of Channel Sales, Megan Pulliam was honored by Supply & Demand Chain Executive as a 2013 “Pro to Know” and UBM Tech Channel as a CRN 2013 Channel Chief

“2012 was a banner year for Liaison on multiple fronts, and we’ve seen that momentum continue into 2013. The milestones we achieved, as well as the recognition we’ve received in recent months, further validate our approach of focusing on the needs of our customers” said Bob Renner, CEO of Liaison Technologies. “Our 10-plus year history in the industry and deep roots in data integration are beginning to intersect with the strong wave of demand we are seeing in the marketplace from customers who need our expertise to stitch together disparate and often very complex systems.”

Liaison’s Healthcare Division also recently announced strong growth and momentum in 2012, with 83 percent year over year growth in 2012, and continued expansion of its customer base in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
