Livingston Teams up with EXFO NetHawk for 4G Mobile Seminar

Europe’s leading test equipment rental company Livingston is about to start another in its series of free technical seminars. The latest event, on this occasion in partnership with wireless test specialist EXFO NetHawk, will be held at the Best Western Reading Moat House, Sindlesham, on the 11th May, and will focus primarily on wireless backhaul deployment using the most advanced 3G/4G protocol analysis hardware.

The seminar will be of major relevance to anybody involved in the delivery and verification of next generation mobile network infrastructure, such as field operatives, network engineers, contract installers and project managers. Those attending will get the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge from EXFO NetHawk’s team of highly experienced test experts, as well as being able to consult with members of Livingston’s sales staff and learn about the various sourcing options that can be considered in order to optimise available budget and maximise flexibility. Hands-on workshops, and live demonstrations will also be part of the programme.

It will examine the market trends and drivers that affect how quickly 4G rollout progresses, look at how to go about verifying performance during LTE network trials, and discuss the issues arising from security testing” states Kathryn Williams, Marketing Manager of Livingston UK. “Air interface testing, LTE monitoring/troubleshooting, and new methodologies for assessing Quality of Service (QoS) will also be featured.”
