BPM Leader to Discuss Why Business "Buy-In" Is Critical For Process Improvement Success

Mr. Gilbert will then discuss why it is critical to get "buy-in" from the business to drive BPM, the role business and technical individuals really play in BPM and how financial outcomes can be maximized via a "business first" approach towards development.
