La Bella Vita Imports LLC and Bibo International LLC officially formed an agreement to sell Soul Premium Cachaca throughout the state of Texas.

Soul Premium Cachaca, owned by Bibo International LLC, officially formed an agreement with La Bella Vita Imports, LLC to sell Soul Premium Cachaca throughout the state of Texas.  La Bella Vita Imports, meaning “the beautiful life” in Italian, will be bringing Soul into the Lone Star State as their first cachaca and spirit.  La Bella Vita Imports specializes in award winning wines from Italy and have been in business for close to a decade, but had not taken on any spirits until they found the perfect brand, Soul Premium Cachaca.  Some of the top selling wines are distributed by La Bella Vita, including the gold medal winning Nero D’Avola Gurgo from Marsala West Sicilia, Italy.  President and National Sales Director, Derek Sisson, was in communication with Soul for a few months until officially closing the deal on the 29^th of January 2013.

Soul Premium Cachaca recently celebrated their 2 year selling mark in the US market and is excited to be branching out into Texas.  Soul has rapidly expanded over the past two years with the extensive use of marketing and elite promotional appearances.  Some of the past events include, VH1 Mob Wives NYC Hurricane Sandy Relief Fundraiser, Jack Johnson’s CD Release Party, Miami Art Deco Weekend, New York Fashion Week 2012 and most recently the Pepsi VIP 5^th Quarter Superbowl After Party.  Soul has also branched out and made appearances in the music industry, by releasing their own music video “Soul” by Audio McSwagger and being featured in award winning rapper, Papoose’s latest video for his new single “Boo’d Up”.

The Texas market is the fifth state in the US market to distribute Soul, along with Florida, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island.  Soul is also internationally distributed in Greece, Portugal and Spain.  Bibo International, LLC is currently in negotiations with the following domestic markets for distribution, California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, Puerto Rico, Utah and South Carolina.  Internationally Bibo is also looking to expand Soul to Australia, Canada, China, Italy, Malaysia and United Kingdom.
