Lovells acts for Jaguar Land Rover on EIB £340 million loan facility
Jaguar Land Rover has received a £340 million loan facility from the European Investment Bank (EIB) under the European Clean Transport Facility, to finance investment to reduce CO2 emissions.

Jaguar Land Rover has received a £340 million loan facility from the European Investment Bank (EIB) under the European Clean Transport Facility, to finance investment to reduce CO2 emissions.
The Lovells' team was led by banking partner Andrew Taylor supported by senior associate Eric Halvarsson and associate Robert Turner. EIB instructed Norton Rose in London (lead partner Madhavi Gosavi); State Bank of India, Bank of India and Bank of Baroda instructed Withers, London (lead partner David Dannreuther); and Credit Suisse instructed Linklaters in Tokyo and Singapore (lead partner, Phil Badge).
According to Lovells partner Andrew Taylor:
