Lovells advises VocaLink on £60m shareholder investment

Lovells has advised European payment specialist VocaLink on an investment of £60 million in equity capital from its shareholders.

VocaLink is a specialist provider of transaction services to banks, their corporate customers and Government departments. It is a central provider of services for the UK's Bacs, Faster Payments and LINK transactions. The new funding will support the company's expansion in Europe.Â

VocaLink is a longstanding client of the firm who we have had the privilege of advising for many years on many of its projects.Â
The Lovells team advising was led by private equity partner Tom Whelan assisted by of counsel Keith Woodhouse and associate Francesca Hazlett. Â
