Weinstein, USAR-Ret., author, professional speaker and fitness beach boot camp instructor attends the President’s Ball of the Navy League of the United States, Fort Lauderdale Council on January 31, 2009 at the Westin Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This event is celebration of the golden anniversary of the Fort Lauderdale Council.

Honored guest speaker at the President’s Ball 2009 is Admiral Jonathan W. Greenert, USN, Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command.

Col. Weinstein is author of the book, Change Made Easy – Your Basic Training Orders to Excellent Physical and Mental Health, ISBN 1597550736. His book is a guide to values-based healthy living without all the hype and product promotions. He is nationally known as The Health Colonel, was born in Washington, D.C., grew up in Virginia and spent 20 years in Berlin, Germany. His first name is Joseph and has always been called Bob.
