About 500 law enforcement instructors from several states attended the conference located at the Tallahassee Community College in Havana, Florida. The Florida Public Safety Institute is the home of the Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Law Enforcement Academy, the Tallahassee Fire Academy and the Center of Excellence for Law Enforcement Intelligence.
