Man Arrested Not RE/MAX Belize Property Center Agent.

Mark Frankel ceased being an agent of RE/MAX Property Center on July 30, 2011.

Man Arrested Not RE/MAX Belize Property Center Agent

Placencia, BELIZE – August 30, 2011

On August 26, 2011, it was reported that a Belize RE/MAX representative was arrested in San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Said article, published in the San Pedro Daily, erroneously reported that Mark Frankel was a RE/MAX Sales Representative.

Mark Frankel ceased being an agent of RE/MAX Property Center on July 30, 2011. As of that date, he ceased having any association with RE/MAX Property Center as an agent. He had no authority to distribute business cards as a RE/MAX Property Center agent after July 30, 2011.

The circumstances leading to his arrest are unknown to the company.
