Mashiyu Corporation acquires Mashiyu Entertainment America Inc; brings in big plans for 2010

Mashiyu Corporation acquires Mashiyu Entertainment America Inc and announces big plans for 2010. Mashiyu Entertainment America goes up for Joint Venture and Mashiyu Corporation takes over BPO and software development divisions. MEA can now focus on its entertainment products.

January 4 2004 Orlando Florida- Mashiyu Corporation announced today that it has acquired a large holding in Mashiyu Entertainment America Inc. This change of ownership has allowed Mashiyu Entertainment to focus on its video game development/publishing, Computer Generated Imaging (CGI) studios, Mashiyu Radio US and Mashiyu Gamer Zone online magazine.

Mashiyu Corporation will be taking over and developing the new Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services division as its main line of business and the software development division formerly under Mashiyu Entertainment.

In addition to these new changes, President/CEO of Mashiyu Entertainment America, Christopher Fernandes has also announced he will be leaving his position at Mashiyu Entertainment to head up Mashiyu Corporation. In his statement released today, Mr Fernandes states "2010 is becoming a fantastic year for the Mashiyu family of companies and products. Over the past year, Mashiyu Entertainment has been given the foundation it needs to move forward and now with these recent changes, can get back to focusing on its core products." Mr Fernandes also comments on his departure from Mashiyu Entertainment; "While it has been a great year, I feel its most important to bring in new talent to Mashiyu Entertainment's corporate team who will be able to lead what I have helped to build and bring the company even further in 2010. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for the entertainment industry, big ideas and the drive for success." Mr. Fernandes will be staying on as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Mashiyu Entertainment.

With Mashiyu Corporation taking a 60% stake in Mashiyu Entertainment, the company is also seeking an outside investor for the remaining 20% holding in the company. Mr. Fernandes has a 20% holding which he plans to keep 10% moving forward. This could allow for a joint venture opportunity, which Mashiyu Corporation states it will entertain offers for.

Mashiyu Corporation is a multinational corporation in the field of entertainment, technology and business services. The company has offices in London under Mashiyu UK, and will be opening additional offices in South Africa, India, Hong Kong and Japan this year.
