Mashiyu Entertainment America Inc Files Form D with the SEC

September 16 2009 Orlando- Mashiyu Entertainment America, Inc has announced today that it has filed Form D with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission.

The company announced earlier this year, its plans to raise capital for full operations of its entertainment software enterprise. President/CEO/Founder Christopher J Fernandes stated "This is a great step in the right direction for our company as we move forward and look to an eventual IPO. We have come along way this past year and I am proud of the success we have had in 2009."

Mashiyu had also announced its first production in April 2009, Anaria Online, of which a release date has yet to be announced. There are also several other titles in the works which include a survival horror and simulation/strategy game. Information has yet to be released on these titles.

Mashiyu Entertainment America, Inc is a registered corporation located in Orlando Florida. The company creates entertainment software for the PC and looks to move to other platforms that include today's popular gaming consoles and mobile technology. The company also has an independent subsidiary which creates Computer Generated Animation for film, TV, print, advertisement and movie sequences for other video games.
