Mashiyu UK Announces New Client and Future Tenders

Mashiyu UK has announced it has now partnered with Champion & Jones Ltd to offer document processing and future call centre operations.

26 June 2010 London- Mashiyu UK Limited has announced today that it has begun to contract with Champion & Jones Ltd, and estate agency company. The agreement will provide document processing for Champion & Jones, along with a future call centre to handle inbound inquiries for agents and clients.

This is a new step in the Business Process Outsourcing industry handling property services, which is anticipated to be a growth over the next few years as the economy picks up. Mr. Fernandes, President of Mashiyu UK Limited is also the Director of Champion & Jones Ltd. He has helped to facilitate this deal. In his statement states "I feel honoured to bring together two companies that I have been working hard to build together for this this project. My goal is to not only bring in a new way for doing estate agency work in the UK, but also to create more jobs in this economy through outsouring. This is a major step for both companies and I am confident in the success that will follow both as they move forward."

With the UK playing a major role in the BPO industry in Europe, many companies outsource to other countries such as India and the Phillipines. Mashiyu UK doesn't operate in those areas, but has a partnership with Haakeng Business Outsourcing CC, a BPO provider in South Africa. Mr. Fernandes also comments about this stating "For Mashiyu UK, my number one priority is keeping and developing jobs in the UK. However, we do understand the needs for some companies and agencies to keep the costs down on services. In response to this need, we have chose to steer away from the usual alternatives and utilise our partnership in South Africa. It too is a great country that is growing to be in competition with other nations whose economy is driven by the BPO industry."

In addition to landing this new deal, Mashiyu UK is also contending for several government tenders across the UK. While no details are being released as to which agencies the company is seeking to apply to, there are many obstacles to be faced with such a new start up to going against some existing players in the field. "It is tough out there for many start-ups to find the working capital and investors they need when the economy across the globe is in its present state. Despite that, I am confident that Mashiyu UK will stand out among the rest in the way it operates and the great team we are placing together. To survive, many companies will have to adapt to change, and our advantage is that we are already building on that concept. While it may take weeks, months or even years, we are ahead of the game." Mr Fernandes adds.
