Mashiyu UK Limited has finalised its plans for the operation of a contact centre in London. This centre will provide clients with outsourcing their contact centre needs.

London 8 March 2010- Mashiyu UK Limited, a private limited company based out of London, has announced today that it has begun to finalise its plans for the operation of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services in the UK.

The company will offer its clients outsourcing solutions that include contact centre and data processing services that are designed to help companies and governments save time and money by outsourcing such operations as Customer Relations, IT, Sales and Employee Services. Chief Executive Christopher Fernandes states "The UK is the perfect environment for setting up our contact centre solution. No date or exact location has been released on the opening of the new contact centre. The company is currently working to obtain working capital and anticipating to possibly employ around 100 or more employees this year, pending business demand for BPO services in the UK, Europe and Western Asia. This is good news for clients seeking to outsource their business operations with a new up and coming provider, and even better news for employment opportunities in London. The unemployment rate as of the 17 February 2010 per the National Statistics Labour Market Report for the London area, is at 9.1 percent or around 373,000 individuals.
