Tagetik, a global provider of enterprise software solutions for Performance Management, Disclosure Management, Financial Governance and Business Intelligence, today announced that Maxcess International Corp, a world-class manufacturing facility that provides access to tension control, guiding, inspection, and winding and slitting products, selected Tagetik software as its solution for budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidations, and collaborative disclosure management (CDM).

The Tagetik platform will replace Maxcess’s existing Excel-based solution with a unified Performance Management software to better manage their financial processes on an international level, such as monthly and quarterly budgets, forecasts, closings and annual plans, consolidated Balance Sheets, Profit&Loss, and Cash Flow statements, GAAP consolidation, and disclosure management for internal and external financial reporting.

With the guidance of the consulting firm, West Monroe Partners, Maxcess selected Tagetik based on their attention to detail during the demonstration phase, as well as their
strong North American references which convinced their Corporate Controller that
their unified Tagetik 4 solution had a quick implementation time and could be maintained
with very little support. Another advantage was Tagetik’s partnership with Microsoft and
their easy integration with Microsoft SQL Server database.
