Mentoring as a Strategy for Talent Development and Business Growth - To Be Showcased at The CIPD HRD Conference in London

London, UK – 10th February, 2011– Insala announces it will be a presenter at the Annual CIPD HRD conference in London, to be held on the 6th - 7th of April 2011. Insala will present “How to Position Mentoring for Talent Development and Business Growth” as part of the “Topic Taster” series. The 30-minute session will be held on the 7th April at 9:45am in the Topic Taster Arena.

Topics to be covered include economic and workforce realities facing L&D and HRD today, the benefits of formal mentoring as a talent development strategy, and steps that leaders can take to position mentoring as a critical strategy at their organisations.
