MetaCarta Promotes Ken Tomaselli to Vice President of Sales

solutions, today announcedthe promotion of Ken Tomaselli to vice president of sales. In this role, hewill oversee both commercial and public sector sales activities for thecompany.

Previously as vice presidentof public sector for MetaCarta, Tomaselli was responsible for all sales,business development and field activities within the public sector andintelligence communities. In this role, he right sized the sales organization,growing the business by approximately 40 percent.

Tomaselli has over 20 yearsof sales experience with a strong track record in government sales and businessdevelopment. He joined MetaCarta in 2008 from 3PAR Government Systems where heserved as Director of Federal Operations. Tomaselli has also held senior salesand management positions at Symantec Software Corporation, Veritas SoftwareCorporation, Edgemark Systems, Frame Technology (purchased by Adobe Systems)and Xerox Imaging Systems. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the Universityof Maryland College Park.
