Mexico’s Largest Container Terminal Deploys Forecast® by Tideworks

SEATTLE, January 26, 2012 -- Tideworks Technology®, Inc., a leading provider of full-service terminal management and planning software solutions, today announced SSA Mexico (SSAM) has gone live with the new Forecast by Tideworks customer service web portal at its dedicated container terminal in the Port of Manzanillo, the largest container terminal in Mexico. The website provides terminal customers, including ocean carriers, trucking companies, customs brokers and beneficial cargo owners (BCOs), with one-stop access to vital terminal and cargo information.
