Colony American Homes has acquired all of the properties, which are rented as of the collateral cut-off date of May 31, 2014, with an average monthly rental payment of approximately $1,423. Properties in California and Florida constitute the majority of the pool, representing approximately 33.0 percent and 27.2 percent of the assets, respectively.
